Cards or Dice Casino Parties is proud to offer you a fantastic Monte Carlo Night  for your organization and help you have a popular and profitable way for charitable organizations to raise money.  Every successful Monte Carlo Night has one common thing - you have to get guests to the event.  If you are able to get the people to the event, they will spend their money which makes the Monte Carlo Night a popular way to entertain the guests while they are donating money.  Cards or Dice Casino Parties presents for you a Monte Carlo Night Fundraiser with the look and feel of a real Las Vegas Casino.  The only difference is that our dealers do not accept real money at the gaming tables.  We use our fun money and vouchers at all the gaming tables in exchange for casino chips.  Betting limits and chip values are displayed and are determined by your planning committee, with the assistance of our planners who have been doing fundraising for a long time and know what works.

There are two types of Monte Carlo Night Fundraisers, The Casino Night Fundraiser with all the different types of gaming tables and the Poker Tournament Fundraiser which is run just like the events you see on television.

As the guests arrive for the event, your representatives will have created a check-in table with “the BANK”.

The guests will receive our casino vouchers (play money) and they can donate additional money to the bank for extra play money, where they take the vouchers to the gaming tables, give the vouchers to the dealers (just as you would in a real casino with real money), and receive casino chips for the vouchers.   We will instruct your representatives at the bank the best way for the guests to donate money and receive vouchers on a graduated scale where the more money they donate the higher ratio of vouchers they receive.  This ratio encourages the guests to donate more.

Unlike Las Vegas or Atlantic City, no real money is won as a result of playing the casino games.  Players become eligible to win prizes when the casino tables close by exchanging their winnings/casino chips for raffle tickets.  Your planning committee should have multiple prizes which are donated to the charity for the guests to win.  If front of each prize a box should be made available for the guests to place one side of the 2 part raffle ticket and they hold on to the second half of the raffle ticket for the drawing.  The chances for a guest to win a prize is a combination of how much they donated (more chips for more donations), and how well they did at the gaming tables.  At the end of the night the dealers and the Bank will exchange the guests chips for raffle tickets at a predetermined rate.  For example they get 1 raffle ticket for every $100 in casino chips they exchange.
